Beijing Talent Development Strategy Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as "Talent Research Institute") is a new research institution in the field of social sciences in Beijing, under the supervision of the Organization Department of Beijing Municipal Committee. The Talent Research Institute is mainly engaged in talent theory and policy research, talent special planning and project evaluation, talent international exchange and cooperation, talent big data construction and other businesses, providing intellectual support for municipal party committee and municipal government decision-making, and focusing on building a top domestic and world-class new think tank.
○Nature of the unit. The Talent Research Institute belongs to the registered public institution of Beijing, and the municipal government gives financial support by referring to the construction and operation of the new research and development institution model in Beijing.
○Organizational structure. The Institute implements the dean responsibility system under the leadership of the Board of Directors, which is the decision-making and supervision body for major matters. The Academy is the daily management body that implements the decisions of the Board of Directors. It consists of five departments: Policy and Theory Department, Strategic Planning Department, Exchange and Cooperation Department, Talent Development Department and Comprehensive Service Department.

Due to the needs of the work, the Talent Research Institute has recruited a number of fresh graduates in 2023 at home and abroad to engage in research and exchange cooperation.


一、Job responsibilities
1. Engage in basic, forward-looking and applied research in the field of talents, and contribute wisdom to the development of talents, cadres and civil servants.
2.To undertake central and local personnel development strategy, development planning and performance evaluation, and participate in the research of the current situation and future development trend of global talent team.
3.Participate in the organizational work of talent project landing and evaluation, and undertake the development and construction of talent data.
4.Participate in the organization of domestic and international exchanges and cooperation, academic discussions and other activities, and participate in the construction of international personnel exchanges and cooperation platforms.
5.Complete other assigned work.


二、Qualification condition
1.The fresh graduates of domestic ordinary colleges and universities in 2023 (excluding commissioned students, designated students and military colleges and universities) must obtain a graduation certificate and the corresponding academic degree certificate with the highest education before August 2023; Returnees who have studied abroad must meet the requirements of the Service Center for Overseas Study of the Ministry of Education on employment registration.
2.Have a strong sense of professionalism, responsibility, have a strong team work ability, CPC member preferred.
3.Economics, management, law, mathematics, statistics, computer science and technology, urban and rural planning, environmental science and engineering and other disciplines.
4.Master degree or above, doctor degree is preferred.
5.He has rich research experience and solid writing skills.
6.Able to work in English, familiar with common office software, familiar with common data statistical analysis tools, etc.
7.Good conduct, physical and mental health.

三、Salary and treatment
Salary: 200,000-250,000 yuan (pre-tax annual salary) after becoming a regular employee.


四、Recruitment procedure

(二)Qualification audit
Resume screening and qualification review of the candidates according to the conditions of the recruitment position, notify the candidates by phone or email to take the exam, and please bring the ID card, graduation certificate, degree certificate and the original documents of relevant certification materials during the exam for verification.
(三)interview
The interview mainly examines the comprehensive quality of candidates (specific matters will be notified separately). According to the comprehensive results, determine the candidates for physical examination and inspection.
(四)Physical examination and investigation
The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the General Standards for Medical Examination of Civil Servants. After passing the physical examination, the college of the graduate will issue the appraisal materials (for international students, the professor of the department will provide the employment recommendation letter).

After applying for approval according to the procedures, the employment agreement shall be signed and the employment formalities shall be completed. The hired personnel shall be subject to a probationary period system, and those who pass the examination at the end of the probationary period shall be formally employed; If the applicant fails, the employment relationship will be terminated.
