At the meeting, Beijing Institute of Talent Development Strategy released the "Global Urban Talent Stickiness Index Report (2021)", which selected 50 benchmark cities in the world, set 17 secondary indicators from six dimensions such as economic foundation, innovation potential, cultural openness, ecological health, social welfare and public life for analysis and evaluation, and proposed the talent stickiness Index ranking list. The adecco Group released a research report "Reshaping Normalcy" to explore the changes in working methods and new trends in future working patterns in the context of the epidemic, to help enterprises and employees better adapt to the changes in the post-pandemic era.
During the forum, Beijing Foreign Enterprise Service Group and adecco Group signed the "Agreement on Linghe Foreign Enterprise Consulting's Commitment to Promoting High-level Talent Training in China", Beijing Talent Development Strategy Institute, Beijing Foreign Enterprise Service Group and adecco Group signed the "Memorandum of Cooperation on Supporting China-Switzerland Talent Exchange". Beijing Talent Development Strategy Institute and the Swiss Chamber of Commerce in China signed the Agreement on jointly building the Sino-Swiss (Beijing) Talent and Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Center. The signatories commit to jointly build a platform for international personnel exchange and scientific and technological innovation cooperation, promote China-Eu personnel and scientific and technological exchanges and cooperation, and promote the timely implementation of cooperation projects between enterprises of the two sides.
The first and second China-Eu Talent Forum were held in Zurich, and the third and current sessions were held simultaneously in Beijing and Zurich. The Forum has achieved positive results and good social response in strengthening China-Eu talent exchanges and cooperation.
