The meeting studied and deliberated the reform plan of the Beijing Expert Association, the revision of the constitution and the future development ideas. In accordance with the needs of the development of talent work in the capital, the Beijing Expert Association will carry out reforms from the aspects of management mechanism, personnel strength, party building, etc., and further build a political leading platform, resource docking platform, advice platform and contact service platform to play a role in improving the city's talent contact service system.
